STEPHEN WILEY, serves the TIP team as a Managing Director. Most recently, Mr. Wiley served as Director of Business Development for Reliant Energy (formerly Houston Industries), where he was responsible for the development of multi-million dollar power generation projects in the U.S. In this capacity, Mr. Wiley negotiated project contracts such as fuel, site, and power purchase, and developed business strategies to maximize the economic performance of the proposed facility.

Mr. Wiley has also served as a director of structured finance, in which he supervised the financing of $100-$800 million power projects in the U.S., Latin America, and Asia. In addition, he directed the regulatory and legislative activities of a large independent power company headquartered in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Wiley holds an MBA in finance from the University of North Texas and a BS in petroleum engineering from the University of Texas at Austin
